Cancellation & Refund

• If a monthly subscriber cancels, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The subscriber may continue to use the service for the remainder of the current period.
• If an annual subscriber cancels, the refund is calculated by deducting the actual usage amount up to the cancellation date from the amount paid. Usage is prorated daily based on the monthly list price using a fixed 30-day month, and if the price changed during the usage period, each segment is calculated with its own applicable monthly list price and summed.
• If within 7 days of payment and the service has not been used at all, a full refund is available after verification of usage history by the company. Please contact support (email: contact@unvus.com) to request a refund.
• Whether the service has been used under the preceding clause is determined based on the company's service usage logs, and the subscriber agrees to this.

Refund Upon Account Withdrawal

• If you withdraw your account while holding an active subscription, the same refund policy as subscription cancellation above applies.
• For annual subscribers, usage is deducted from the amount paid using the same fixed 30-day proration as above, and the remaining balance is refunded.
• For monthly subscribers, no refund is provided; the subscription ends immediately upon withdrawal.
• This refund policy applies equally to all users regardless of payment method (NicePay / Paddle).

Refund Process & Timeline

• Refunds can be requested via Subscription Management in My Page or by contacting support (contact@unvus.com).
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the refund decision. Additional time may be required by the PG (NicePay) / MoR (Paddle).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests due to change of mind will be processed according to the above policy.
• Refunds may be restricted if service access was limited due to a terms violation.
• Refunds after converting from a free trial follow the above policy.

This refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and local regulations.
