Change / Reset Password

Guides you through the password change and reset (when forgotten) procedures.

Change Password from My Page

You can change your password from My Page > Profile while logged in.

Click Change Password

Click the 'Change Password' button on the profile page.

Enter Passwords

Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.

Change Complete

If the current password is correct, the change takes effect immediately.

Reset Password (Forgotten)

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login page.

Click the 'Forgot your password?' link at the bottom of the login page.

Enter Email

Enter the email address used during registration.

Check Reset Email

A password reset link will be sent to the email of the matching account.

Set New Password

Click the link in the email to go to the new password entry page. Enter and confirm your new password to complete the reset.

Note: The reset link is valid for 30 minutes after being sent. If it has expired, please request a new one.

Password Rules

Passwords must be at least 6 characters and no more than 20 characters.
