Account Deletion & Data Recovery
Learn about the account deletion process and data recovery policies.
Pre-Deletion Checklist
Please review the following items before deleting your account.
- All projects, connections, and templates you own will be permanently deleted.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- If you have an active paid subscription, the refund policy for the remaining period depends on the payment method.
- Ownership of collaborative projects is not automatically transferred. Please transfer ownership to another member before leaving.
- You cannot re-register with the same login email for 30 days after deletion.
Caution: For monthly subscribers, the remaining unused period is non-refundable. For annual subscribers, the used period will be recalculated at the monthly list price and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Deletion Process
You can proceed with account deletion from My Page > bottom of the Profile section.
Click Delete Button
Click the 'Delete Account' link at the bottom of the profile page.
Select Reason & Agree
Select your reason for leaving and check the data deletion consent checkbox. You can also enter additional feedback in the notes field.
Deletion Complete
Click the confirm button to be logged out immediately and your account will be processed for deletion.
Data Handling
Upon account deletion, data is handled as follows.

| Projects, SQL, Connections | Immediately and permanently deleted |
| SSH/Proxy credentials | Immediately and permanently deleted |
| Social account links | Immediately unlinked and deleted |
| Subscription | Immediately cancelled |
| Account information | Retained for 30 days, then securely destroyed |
| Payment history | Retained for 5 years per legal requirements, then securely destroyed |
