Layout & Style
Learn how to arrange the ERD layout and configure table node styles.
Auto Layout
When there are many tables, use the auto layout feature to arrange them neatly.
Click the "Auto Layout" button in the toolbar to automatically arrange the tables.
Table Node Style
Configure visual styles such as color and size for table nodes.
Setting different colors for table groups greatly improves ERD readability. For example, user-related tables in blue and order-related tables in green.
Grouping
Group related tables together to logically organize the ERD.
Click the grouping button in the toolbar, then specify an area to create a group.
Memo
Add memos to the ERD canvas to record design intentions or notes.
Click the memo button in the toolbar to create a memo node.
Fit View
Automatically adjust zoom and position so all table nodes fit on the screen.
Click the Fit View button in the toolbar to display the entire ERD within the screen.
Interaction Lock
Lock table node movement and editing to prevent unintended changes.
Click the interaction lock button in the toolbar to activate the lock.
Minimap
When the ERD grows large, use the minimap to get an overview of the entire structure and navigate quickly.
